How do I order a cake?

We will discuss the details and design of your dream cake, the size and shape to accomodate your guests and, even schedule you for a cake tasting.

When should I order?

Creating your dream cake can be labor intensive, depending on the detail of the design.. We  typically book 3 to 6 months in advance for wedding cakes or large very detailed cakes.  Smaller cakes we will accomodate as long as our schedule permits.  In order to make your cake a priority we only book a certain amount of cakes per weekend to insure your cake gets the attention it deserves.

What flavors do you offer?

We use only the finest ingredients when we bake. Everything is baked on our premises and fresh daily.Our most popular flavors are:
*Sour Cream pound cake
*Chocolate Buttermilk Fudge
*Red Velvet
To name a few.  We can please all pallets.  More exotic flavors are available upon request.  We also offer many fillings to compliment your cake.

Do you Deliver?
Full cake delivery service is available to Long Island & the New York City metropolitan area. Special occasion and wedding cakes require careful coordination to ensure safe delivery. A delivery charge will be determined based on location and size of cake. You are welcome to pickup smaller cakes and cupcake orders at our shop.

How does the design process work ?

During a  consultation, we will start with your tasting.  We will then discuss cake structure including weather we will be stacking or tiering the cakes, what sizes we will need &  the  overall theme of your wedding and or special occasion.

How Does The Payment Process Work?

When we have decided on all the details of your cake and you decide to book a specific date we require 50% down.  The remainder of the balance is due in ful 7 days prior to you occasion.
