     Christina and Tricia are pastry chefs and cake designers for the Chocolate Duck for past 15 years creating beautiful and delicous works of art .  Christina has owned and operated along with her family The Chocolate Duck for the past 22 years  www.chocolateduck.com .  On an average day you can find Christina and Tricia in the kitchen not only creating sugar masterpeices but also instructing thier students on how to do the same.
